  • All-day bookings are 4 to 8 hours.
  • Half-day bookings are 4 hours or less – between 8 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm
  • The rooms are equipped with a video projector, audio system, microphones and Wi-Fi Internet.
  • Video conferencing unit, flipcharts and whiteboards are available upon request
  • We offer exclusive catering services, no external food is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • 4 or more business days before the event: no charge
  • 2 to 4 business days before the event: 50% of the room rental
  • Up to 1 business day before the event: 100% of the room rental and catering services (if applicable)
